GOLD RECYCLING
Every day in the workshop, gold and platinum naturally build up in the form of dust, shavings, and small offcuts. Instead of discarding them, we gather and refine these materials so they can be used again. The recycled metal is then worked back into resizes, repairs, and new pieces - keeping valuable resources in circulation rather than letting them go to landfill.

Our family has been making things for three generations. Our grandparents are painters. Our parents are artists. We grew up surrounded by craft, tools, colours, and the quiet care that goes into making something well.
What started as a market table turned into a studio, and eventually a brand. But the heart never changed. We’re still a family business. We still make things one by one. And we still believe jewellery should carry a story, feel personal, and last in the ways that matter.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Most custom engagement rings take around 3–4 weeks. This allows us enough time for careful design, sourcing, and handcrafting. If you have a specific deadline, let us know and we can expedite your order.
WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY DO I RECEIVE?
AHW Atelier provides a lifetime warranty on all pieces, covering craftsmanship and structural integrity.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship internationally and Australia-wide with insured, Express shipping.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ENGAGEMENT RINGS?
Yes. Custom work is at the core of AHW Atelier. We work with you on style, diamond selection, metal choice and budget, and guide you through the design and crafting process from start to finish.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN DIAMOND OR GEMSTONE?
Absolutely. We’ll show you a curated selection of stones based on your preferences and budget, and talk you through the differences in cut, clarity, colour and carat so that you can make a confident, informed choice.

Of course. Many of our clients start with only a rough idea. We’ll guide you through styles, proportions and stone settings, and help refine your design into something personal, distinctive, and timeless.
CAN YOU REMAKE OR REMODEL AN EXISTING RING?
Yes. We offer remodelling and redesign services, including updating heirloom pieces, resetting stones, or simplifying a design while keeping its sentimental value.
WHAT IS AHW ATELIER?
AHW Atelier is our dedicated engagement and fine jewellery studio, focused on bespoke diamond pieces and meaningful design. Every piece is handcrafted in Sydney, made to last, and created in close collaboration with each client.
