We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

Australia: Express shipping (1-2 business days)
International: Standard shipping (10-15 business days)

For faster delivery, DHL Express is available for $45 AUD.

Order Processing Time

In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Custom orders are handcrafted with care and require 2-4 weeks for production before shipping. If you need a custom piece by a specific date, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages

AHW Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out—we will assist in filing a claim with the courier where possible.

Signature on Delivery

For security reasons, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you have specific delivery preferences, please let us know when placing your order.
