5-Year Manufacturing Warranty – AHW Atelier

At AHW Atelier, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 5-Year Manufacturing Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. We're committed to the longevity and beauty of your jewellery.

What’s Covered:

  • Structural Defects: Any faults arising from the manufacturing process, such as porosity, uneven settings, or initial metal blemishes.
  • Free Repair or Replacement: If your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost, including shipping fees.
  • Loose Stones: We cover the loss of small Lab Grown Diamonds up to 2.5mm for the first year, excluding loss caused by damage.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, tarnishing, and general signs of use are not covered under warranty.
  • Damage from Misuse or Neglect: This includes damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Impact Damage: While our diamonds are highly durable, like all fine jewellery, they require care to avoid damage from accidental impacts.

Please Note: While our diamonds are durable, they do require care to prevent damage. Jewellery with exposed stones or intricate settings should be worn with caution.

Care Recommendations:

  • Annual Maintenance: We recommend having your jewellery checked and professionally cleaned once a year to maintain its condition.
  • Jewellery Insurance: For added protection, especially for larger or more valuable pieces, consider insuring your jewellery.

    • For Services: If there is a significant issue with our service, you have the right to a refund or compensation.
    • For Goods: In the event of a major product failure, you can choose between a replacement or refund.
  • Timely Resolution: For minor failures, we aim to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund, compensation, or contract cancellation.

  2. Send Your Jewellery to Us: Please send your jewellery to our office for assessment. Ensure your jewellery is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  3. Assessment & Resolution:
    • If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace your jewellery at no cost to you and refund the postage deposit.
    • If the issue is not covered, we will provide a quote for repairs. If you choose not to proceed, your jewellery will be returned to you.

Important: Please make sure your jewellery is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
